Customer service started okay. I got set a window between 12-2 that someone named Mike (a Manager) would come for an estimate. Right before noon I get a call that he is backed up and if we can move later in the day. I said no problem, I was very flexible. We planned for 430. Again 430 rolls around and I get a called that he needs to push it out again. He could do later in the evening, but since I was flexible we agreed to the following morning at 845. I told him that's no problem, it's just I had to leave at 10am exactly for an appt. About 830 I get a text stating he was running a few mins late. I said it's okay, as long as we are done by 10. 945 rolls around and nothing. I text him asking if he was still coming and silence. Finally at 10 I texted again saying I was leaving for my appt. To this day I haven't heard anything back and this was over a week ago. Who runs a business like this? They need to learn a lesson or two about customer service!
