  • I am brand new to running so I was a bit nervous walking in here. But the person who works at this store is so nice! Friendly, welcoming, not overbearing, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, just a very pleasant person overall. I could tell she was passionate about running; I almost forgot she was a salesperson. It was a great introduction to the world of running. And she didn't mind my dumb questions at all, which was a bonus. AND, she even talked me out of several items that she deemed were a waste of my money, which is something salespeople normally don't do. I only bought one item at the time, but I know when I go back to buy more gear, I will be in good hands. As a bonus, they have training programs and running groups. All the runners are very friendly and their enthusiasm is contagious. The Running Room and its running community get an A+ in my book!
