  • First... the service here is great! Hometown NY atmosphere, friendly staff. But the food... just OK. Our salads were.. just ok. We ordered two heros. The chicken parm had generous portions, but the bread was old, kind of chewy like they microwaved it. The eggplant parm was mushy and was on the same hero but this one was very hard and dry. I actually pulled the eggplant out, tried to scoop out some soft bread inside and left the rest of the roll. The pointed ends of my hero were so hard that I had trouble breaking them off.
