  • Workers don't know what they are selling and direct you to the wrong place. Came in to try a davidoff, since I get so many people telling me how great the cigars are. Walked in and already I felt like I was wasting their time. An employee took me into the humidor and I asked for a medium body cigar , he tried to sell me some really dark padrons! I could tell they were full bodied. I didn't find a nice cigar , they all looked kind of dry. I then asked the sales associate if they sell cloves and he pointed me to Walgreens smh. They should hire people who know what they are selling or at least train them! You don't need to know everything about cigars there's a million but the basics at the very least
