  • We are in the process of purchasing a newly built inventory home. I had just rationalized that since it's a new home, it's probably just fine. However, my husband insisted we do a home inspection anyway, and boy, I am sure glad we did! Our inspection was done this morning. Kevin was very thorough and went through each and every thing he found. He showed us every picture of the few items he was concerned about and things to just be aware of. He even walked the house with us! He asked if we had further questions and answered them all with ease and genuinely listened to our concerns. He brought up issues I wouldn't have even thought about and we truly appreciated his knowledge of home construction. He stated that he would send us the report and I assumed it would be a few days before we heard from him, nope. He emailed the report to us within a couple of hours. My realtor was very impressed with him as are we. We would definitely recommend Prime Spec Consulting to anyone in need of a home inspection---it's well worth the small investment in your future home.
