  • I had an apt at 1130am.. arrived promptly.. at 1pm I approached the window, and was told it would be around 45 more minutes.. I was a little upset, but went and sat and waited patiently...at 2:15 I was finally called into the room to wait for Dr. Whipple... at 3:15, I opened the door and asked why I was still waiting at 3:15, when my appt. was at 11:45!!! a very snotty older woman with blonde hair snapped at me and said " you were told he was running late!"... I said yes, at 1 I was told 45 minutes!! it is now 3:15!! that's not late, that's poor scheduling by an inept staff"... she asked if I wanted to see another doctor, and I said i'll see anyone who can read results from a blood and urine test!! I was then seen about 20 minutes later by Dr. Ghadishah... he was friendly and prompt... I had no problem with either doctor, but if you schedule an appt. at 11:30, you shouldn't be walking out of the office at 4:30! .. The staff really is a bunch of idiots.. the doctors should either hire a knowledgeable staff or stop trying to see too many patients in one day...
