  • Unfortunately it's not possible to give a rating of zero stars so I'll have to give one. I sent them my deposit check in April 2010 (while still living across the country). We arrived on move in day, August 1, and they still had not even cashed my deposit check. They MISPLACED it for 3 months. Rentals Tempe is horrible. It took 3 months of calling every single week before they even did our move in inspection (which should have been done upon moving in - not 3 months after we'd lived there). We also found out that Tim had filed for bankruptcy, including our apartment, eight months before we even moved to Arizona, but did not bother to disclose that information. I have never heard a good word about Rentals Tempe from anyone who has rented through them. I would strongly advise you to find another place to live. The customer service is terrible. I can't wait until my lease is up.
