  • Ordered a dell laptop 03/16/2014. Dell indicated it was shipped 03/18/2014. Checked with purolator on 03/31/2014 they don't know where it is but will check. Called Dell, They will ship a replacement to be delivered at the latest 04/07 or 04/08/2014. 04/02/2014 purolator called, the original computer never received from dell. Called Dell to see the status of the replacement not yet shipped and will be 7 to 10 business days which will make the delivery date at best 04/14/2014 almost on month from original order date. I cancelled the order and was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Oddly it only took 1 business day for Dell to charge my visa as the charge was processed 03/19/2014. AVOID DELL AT ALL COSTS, NOTHING BUT PROMISES AND LIES. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DELL.
