  • I sent them a message through Yelp (where it says they respond in less than 10 minutes) one week ago today and nobody has responded. I called 4 days ago, since I got no response from my message, and the male who answered the phones me couldn't understand a word I was saying. I wanted to try them out because of their good reviews, but their customer service is dreadful and the guy on the phone didn't seem at all interested in my business.
