  • I have three words for you: sticky. toffee. pudding. Each of Gordon Ramsay's Las Vegas restaurants has a different take on this classic English dessert, but Pub & Grill has the BEST take on it. Each sticky toffee pudding here comes out perfectly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sticky toffee syrup on the side. Drizzle the syrup over the pudding to let it soak in. Take a spoonful of pudding and ice cream. Admire its glory. Devour. Repeat. Cry when there's no more. I seriously dream about this stuff. It's that good. If you're into beer, pair this dessert with an Innis & Gunn (also Gordon's favorite!) and you'll be set for the night.
