  • Amazing! For us native Las Vegas folks, We are blessed that California has finally shared this gem of a sandwich shop. Sandwiches are huge!!! I'll give you a little background on me: I love Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. In fact, I order them just about everywhere I go, and have even eaten them in Philadelphia. I walked into Beach Hut Deli at the recommendation of my little brother, and didn't know what to expect. I immediately was drawn to the cheesesteak sandwich. So I went on ahead and ordered the medium variant of it. After ordering a medium fountain drink, something caught my eye. It was a Sierra Nevada beer tap!!! The gentleman making the food (who I later found out was the manager/owner) asked if I wanted a tall, to which I stated "definitely". He gave me a huge pint of Sierra Nevada Ale for no additional charge than that of the soda. What a cool guy. Minuets later a monster sandwich was presented to me. It was probably 8" long and was over-flowing with tender/juicy steak, cheese, and surprisingly; cream cheese (which was awesome!). I'm not a huge fan of cream cheese at all, but this just WORKED. What a pleasant experience, though I'd share. I live in the area, and this place is my new favorite sandwich shop. I still enjoy firehouse, San Francisco sourdough eatery, and jimmy johns. But this place just stands out, for it's monster sandwiches and delicious beer on tap. DO IT!
