Been going to this theater for 8 years and I have to say as nice as the Cineplex is, their customer service is horrendous. Its as if they hire the dumbest people on earth as their managers. They think every customer is a lying sleaze trying to watch a movie for free. For example: I've had issues with their mobile-pick-up machine a couple of times (they ran out of paper), so every time they ask me a billion questions to make sure I'm not trying to get extra tickets out of them, then they make me miss the beginning of the movie trying to figure out how to print new tickets. Also, if someone sits on your seats, they refuse to move them if the movie has already started. Instead of a refund, they offer up free popcorn. Like, for real? I just paid $20 for IMAX 3D tickets and you won't refund me cause someone took my reserved seats? Horrible.
