  • I was more than a little nervous because of a few bad reviews when I had to come here with my dying dog. But there was no choice because we knew he needed to be put out of his suffering for heart failure and it couldn't wait. These people exceeded my expectations in every way. The vet tech and vet in particular couldn't have been kinder and they allowed us and our two children to go through this difficult process in the most respectful way. With our dog's history they didn't insist on some ridiculous costly and unpleasant exam for our dog...it was obvious the dog was in distress and they followed our wishes. We got to sit in a cosy room with him as long as we needed and when we were ready the process was swift, painless and we were informed every step of the way. Probably the only reason I am able to write a review the next day is because I'm at peace with the way this unfolded and how these people allowed my teenage girls to be there with him. I'm very grateful they were there and I wouldn't have wanted this to happen any other way.
