I can't put 3 1/2 on the rating but otherwise I would. We went there on happening restaurant week and got the menu at 23$. The salmon tartar was not tasty at all, barely with any seasoning at all, the flat iron steak was good though, with a nice little catch of "would you like any sauce with the steak" that they charge extra of course, with no warning. The dessert was a crème brûlée that was nothing but extraordinary. And oh yes, the wine, well you spent a good amount on wine that's for sure. 17$ the 9 oz glass of Malbec, ouch.
In one word: you pay the price for the set up and the atmosphere of the place which is pretty cool.
