I wish I did not have to give them one star. They deserve a negative 10 rating. First, I will say this is my first and definitely my last experience with Simon med. it took an hour for anyone to answer the phone to schedule my mammogram and dexa scan. I should have stopped there. I arrived at my appointment on time, waited in front of the check in desk for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was allowed to come up,to the desk, I expressed my concern about the number of patients waiting as I had another commitment. The lady assured me they were running on schedule. 45 minutes later I was called. I asked the technician how long it would take. She said 5 minutes for the dexa scan and she would check on the mammo when she finished. She then informed me the mammogram techs were running 30 to 60 minutes behind due to a tough case. I, of course, had to reschedule my mammogram or I would have been late for my next meeting. This is unfair to inconvenience me when you overbook.
I have always gone to SMIL, but my insurance changed and my new one is not accepted at SMIL
