  • I went to this event at 2pm at the Strongsville location. The most unorganized, unstructured crafting set up I have ever seen. There was little to no supplies. Zero instructions or guidance as to where to even begin. The 2 "staff" at the counter & in the classroom ignored all parents questions as if we didn't exist. They were more concerned with sweeping around the tables & working on what seemed to be unrelated to superhero capes & masks. I, and at least 2 other families took their kids crafts home to finish. If this is how an event operates at Pat Catan's, I will be sure to remember NOT to go!
