  • Disappointing.. The ladies were nice when I bought a watch but when I wanted to return it for less expenses when moving they sent me on a journey just to do a simple return. They told me in the beginning to call their corporate number in order for them to get "permission" to return my item. Keep in mind I only had it 2 weeks and barely wore it, well within their return time. Corporate was upset that they even told me to call them as they should have done a simple return. This was all done within 10 minutes then they returned the watch. However they did not refund the $400 I put-down on it. Once again I called corporate and they said she should have simply swiped my debit card and the funds would've been returned automatically. Do not shop here. I understand they don't wanna lose their commission, but just return the dang thing ladies!
