  • The worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Never again. My hair was damaged cause of bad advice do to the staff being so bothered over any questions asked. The manager actually rolled her eyes when I asked a question about toner & hair dye. I'm a man who doesn't know much about bleaching & toning so of course I had questions. Then after the outrageous rudeness the purple/blue haired cashier was talking about drug use to a customer right in front of me comenting that she gets so annoyed with customers that it makes her want to smoke some weed. So unprofessional. Don't complain about ur job & petty nonscence In front of customers when other people would do anything including treat people with kindness to do ur job in a heartbeat. Beware of this horrible place. Everyone there is rude & sexist. These bitter ridiculous women & mean girls should be grateful they even have a job & aren't in the unemployment line where they should be cause this is driving customers away.
