  • Really disappointed with Yates. Traded in my Buick LaCross"hybrid"--purchased from Yates -- problem started before my warranty expired. The problem started with the battery, then alternator, than started again! 4 batteries and an alternator later, left me bitter with Yates. This should have been detected before my warranty expired. They wouldn't even replace a relatively new battery they replaced while under warranty. Only had the battery for 4-6 months... Autozone could have done better than that. Their mandatory purchase of window tint, and ding protection was also a joke. There 3rd party company and painter never called me back to fix the dings. I was finally tired of owning a car from this company. I only hope the car I traded in is a better car for someone else. I can't see ever buying another car from Yates again.
