I have always worked out by myself and never thought I needed classes to do it. I got sick this year, and after I got better I couldn't find the motivation to go and work out by myself.
I found Bodi on yelp and thought I would give it a shot. When I showed up I was worried that the classes would be geared more towards females, but man was I wrong. These classes are geared towards anybody that is serious about wanting to stay healthy and values instruction and accountability.
Classes are split between cardio and strength. Both leave me energized and feeling great. There were many areas of fitness I neglected before Bodi, and I can tell that I am becoming more balanced as a result of working out here.
I bought an annual pass after my first week and have zero regrets. I highly recommend this place!
