  • Please avoid this dealership at all costs! I am devastated to learn that multiple employees looked me square in the eye and lied to my face. I came into the dealership because I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle that I saw they had online. After shopping around quite a bit, I was excited because they had the exact vehicle that I wanted. I went in already approved for financing through my own bank. While trying to work out the deal, I was told that I could get a significant discount by financing indirectly through them with my preferred bank. I didn't like the idea at first because the indirect interest rate was a bit higher, but the discount on the vehicle would save me more money than directly financing through my bank in the long run. It sounded like a great plan, save money and still be with my bank who would give me an additional .5% interest rate discount by setting up automatic payments. I was reassured by two employees that I my credit would only be run by Chase, and that the financing would definitely be through them. If that wasn't promised, I would have stuck by my original financing plan in a heart beat! I would never go through a financial institution that I'm unfamiliar with. That day we finished the deal and I signed docs thinking all was well. A couple weeks later, I thought it was strange that I hadn't received any new loan paperwork from Chase. I went in the the dealership to check on it, and the finance guy advised me that my new loan was with a different bank! I pulled my credit report to find they ran my credit seven different times, knocking my rating from the excellent range down to the good range. To make matters worse, someone hand wrote details on my paperwork after I signed docs stating that I was planning on refinancing through Chase in four months. If I'm already approved through my preferred bank, why in the world would I go through someone else only to refinance four months later? The finance guy played dumb like he had no memory of our two hour conversation at all. I found out later from a friend that they get kickbacks from the lenders every time they run your credit, and the bank they chose was probably whichever paid them the most for the deal. They called me a few months later asking me to come in and resign docs they lost for my trade in. Um, no. Considering the docs you do still have contain fraudulent, hand written lies I'm not signing anything else. This dealership says they are all about customer service, but that's a lie too. They're all about the dollar no matter how they have to lie to get it. They cost me money by writing my loan through a bank with higher interest rates, and by taking away my option for the additional .5% discount I had with Chase. I will also have higher interest rates on anything I finance until my credit score recovers from the seven lender hit. Please, buy a vehicle elsewhere.
