  • The 4 stars is for the Rainbow location. (I would give one stars for the Horizon Ridge office.). At Rainbow, the nurse Maria and the staff Carrie (billing) and Rikka (front desk) are great. We have been going to this location for 4 years and always feel treated with care and respect. The wait times are average to below average when you have a well-visit. The wait times can get long for a sick visit. Sometimes the intern med students come in first and go over everything and then the Dr redoes it all and for that, I took one star off because it literally doubles your time there and that's tough with squirrelly toddlers. Dr. Vu came highly recommended from doctors and nurses and I fully trust his expertise. He takes time, asks questions, listens well, and isn't prescription happy. He allows me to spread out vaccinations. We have never had any issues or problems with billing, paperwork, prescriptions, referrals, etc. Not once in 4 years and with 2 kids. We also love Nicole, another doc that we sometimes see at Rainbow. However, for well visits, I always request Dr Vu when scheduling appointments. I love this office (but I DREAD having to go to the Henderson location for the occasional sick visit. They are AWFUL.)
