First off, let me just say that if an employee is so scatterbrained they can't take care of a customer who can speak how on earth can they take care of a voiceless pet?? After my first experience here I wouldn't even think about bringing my pet here!! My first impression is that so many things could go wrong...dosages, wrong vaccines, surgeries on the wrong pet. I can't even imagine. And we were the only customers at the counter at the time so it's not like this particular employee was swamped with customers.
