  • Bought a Living Social voucher and called to schedule. They gave me a day and told me that they would be onsite between 9-11am. I work for a living from 6:30am - 4pm so I had to take time off of work for this appointment and the longer I sat there waiting for them the more I regretted not reading the Yelp reviews before purchasing the voucher. Not a single phone call or anything and at 11am I called and they said unapologetically "oh yeah, we are running 20-30 minutes late and are on our way". They did arrive and did the cleaning. It looks pretty good. I am impressed.
