  • We bought a used Ram1500. Haggled a long time because we didn't want to add on the extras they were pushing. We relented on one thing, to let them install a trailer brake device for 500bucks. It took over an hour for the paperwork (after an hour haggling) and we had to make an appointment with their garage to install the trailer brake device. We decided togo home and make the appointment via phone later. The sales guy said we can do the appointment anytime. We tried to call after a couple of weeks, but multiple times we can not get the person in charge. They do not return calls, and when some one eventually does, they always said we had to call back again to confirm. This got nowhere and after almost 9months of chasing, the garage guy had the nerve to tell us that they don't have to honor the extras on the sales contract after a month! I will never recommend this dealer nor ever buy from them again. Simply crooks.
