  • Nibblers Catering used to be really good. You could never go wrong with anything they make or cater. However, I had them again recently and I was not impressed. My co-workers also commented that their coleslaw and potato salad was very bland. Their coleslaw tastes like dry cabbage. No seasoning or flavor. The potatoes in the potato salad where quite big and hard. (That's what she said.) Their Brisket and Horseradish sauce is DELICOUS though!! People kept coming up for 2nds and 3rd of their brisket. There was a LOT of left over Chipotle Citrus BBQ Chicken left over, as well as Prickly Pear Pulled Pork, that nobody ate. Nibbler's Catering was an hour late picking up their dishes/pans with no contact regarding their delay. So if you order from them, I highly recommend the Angus Brisket and Horseradish Sauce. Very tender, flavorful and moist! Their au jus is amazing!
