| - Not only do the groomers don't listen, the owner makes excuses. I first called to ask about a refund on a groom my dog got, and the lady who answered the phone stated they don't do refunds, but i could bring in my dog and they would "fix" the groom. First of all if i couldn't trust you the first time why would i bring my dog back again? There was no fur left to fix, so they took my name down and had the owner call me.
As soon as i answered the phone and explain my situation, he starts making excuses and basically calling me a liar. Stating that the groomer who worked on my dog groomed show dogs, and has many years of experience, and has never had a complaint. Well that did not show yesterday, someone who took a few month course for pet co or pets mart could easily have done way better. It is despicable that a company could do this, cut off all the hair on my dog after being given specific instructions would cut off all of her fur head and all. It pains me to review a local business so low, i love shopping at local businesses when i can, to bring more money back into the community, but this place i will never go back too. Terrible groomers who don't listen, inconsiderate owner.
