  • Staff is extremely rude! You deal with people all day long, be kind and courteous! I made an appointment for a pediatric draw. Blood draws with kids are no fun, we wanted to get in and out with as little time to worry and be scared as we could. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for said appt. The lady who did his blood draw was the rudest person I have ever met! He was scared and nervous and she was nothing but rude to him. "Move over. No. Your whole body, not just you arm!" Scheduling a pediatric draw, they should put them with a phlebotomist who is at least a little friendly and maybe help take the fear away, not instill more fear! Horrible experience all around. And we do blood draws frequently. :(
