  • The security lady was a real crabby bitch - yelling at everyone to hurry up and tossing their personal items on the conveyor belt like they were trash. Then when I took the escalator down to the porter wait-area, I was greeted by the smell of urine. Probably it was radiating from the extremely dirty, pee-filled bathroom. I went to sit down on the comfy chairs, and found that they looked like dogs chewed them up. It is a nice concept, their waiting/lounge area by the gate, but it just is so raggedy now. Seriously, renovations please! The redeeming things were as follows - the convenient location of the airport downtown and the free espresso/coffee/tea/snacks. Although, they could replace the salty nuts with unsalted ones and have more varieties in snacks.
