  • I had to come in because my wonderful doctor was booked so, this place was close by and I decided to give it a try. The wait time was decent-less than 15 minutes. But let me tell you about my experience here: The MA manhandled me roughley and stuck the tympanic thermometer into my ear so hard, it still hurts 2 days later. He was sweating profusely and didn't really listen to why I had come in. Dr. Chou saw me and he spent maybe a good 5 minutes after the assessment. I came in with the beginnings of a sinus and ear infection-something I frequent. He did not listen to what I said and insisted that it was just allergies. I know my body and I told him what I needed. He waved it away, I had to call in later that night and insist that he orescribe me antibiotics and some steroids. Not only did he prescribe me the one antibiotic that I had said not to, he did not prescribe the steroid. All this the day after I came in, so I was already suffering so much. I think I would give this place a try if it were a different doctor and different MA.
