I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for a coffee. The inside of koffie is cute and quaint with seating for 22 people at tables and then a few more seats at the coffee bar. It has a cool brick wall on one side and red and yellow wall on the other both with random selections of art on them. There was also some seating available outside of the patio which looked like it would have been pretty awesome but unfortunately it was too cold for that the day that we visited.
My wife and I both decided to have Americanos with my wife ordering the medium (the smallest size Americano) and myself ordering the large. The barista had them both ready rather quickly. After receiving the coffee I decided to take a quick taste of it to determine whether or not I wanted some cream. It had some bitterness to it so I ended up adding some cream which balanced it out and made it smoother. Interestingly my wife really liked her coffee and told me that hers wasn't bitter at all.
The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I would be curious to order again and see if I pick up that same bitterness or not and also to sit on the awesome looking patio!
