  • If I could give zero stars I would. My car needed servicing I called the day before was told I didn't need an appt and it would take an hour or an hour half tops. He went on to ask me when I would be bringing it in I said the next day at 11. So the guy made it seem like I had an appt booked for that time. So imagine my surprise when I got there they said this is considered a walk in so you will have to wait a long time. Mind you this was after it took nearly 10 mins to be served as they all stood around chatting instead of helping customers. I asked them to drop me off at the mall and let them know it had to be done by 2:30. Assured it would be done and that the shuttle would pick me up at 2:15. So imagine my surprise when it didn't I had to call in to get a pick up. I get to the dealership by 2:30 and the car isn't ready. The customer service here is so lacklustre and the lack there of is unbelievable. I let them know that they had basically wasted my whole day and that next time the person on the phone should be more clear. Plus, who knows if they did the servicing correctly. Very disorganized and dishonest. When I complained they couldn't even offer up a fake apology and pretty much they don't give a care about you because they are busy.
