When my pipes broke last year, it took them SIX days to fix it. I was without running water for SIX days and did not get as much as even an apologize or an acknowledgement of the inconvenience.
When I originally signed the lease for my apartment it looked fine, but after I moved in I noticed all of the little details. The drawers in the kitchen were completely broken, electrical sockets hanging out of the wall, an extremely wobbly kitchen table, a window upstairs that would not close all the way, the list goes on and on...
Their staff is full of smart asses too. If I tell you that I'm sick with the flu and it's not a good time to do an apartment showing (they NEVER give you notice), I'm doing that for YOUR safety. Nonetheless I guess he didn't believe me, because he gave a smug smile and barged his way in anyway. I threw up a few minutes later and the person viewing the apartment got uncomfortable and wanted to leave. They brought over different people every day that week. I'm sure someone probably got sick. Their office is filled with dumbasses.
