  • I was a little apprehensive about trying Fleur de Lys since the place looks a little pretentious from the outside. My husband and I tried it one night and I am so glad that we did. I don't typically like cooked salmon, only raw. But they had the best salmon dish that I have ever had. It had no fish taste whatsoever. The food is creative and the quality is obviously important to them.
