  • Have been a long time Chipotle supporter thought the years. It was a staple in my diet through college. Moved to the Westside of Madison and was thrilled that there was a Chipotle to help my addiction. When I first started going to this location it was great (3-4 years ago). I have notice in the past year that the general cleanliness, service and quality of experience has gone down. I know that Chipoltle is not fast food, however I have come with terms that when I visit this location I need to give ample time for a longer wait (not due to a line, but the lack of speed the employees have). Also they tend to run out or have food that is less than ideal. Example: one time I ordered a burrito and the rice was so under cooked it crunched in my mouth. The workers said "sorry I am make you another, but it will be 10-20 minutes."
