Bought an electric reclining chair sometime in January for approximately $400.00. Now it is shorting out due to bare wires underneath and it won't recline. Was told chair under warranty and to submit photos per e-mail which i did. It took quite awhile for me to get a response and after I called them today to follow up I finally did. I was advised that they have to send a technician out to my house and I would have to pay $99.00 WHY WOULD I HAVE TO DO THIS WHEN CHAIR IS UNDER WARRANTY! I asked if I could bring chair to store to have it looked at and was told no technicians at store. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES AGAIN!
