I found @sweetflour through Twitter before it opened, so by the time it did I was salivating just waiting to get down there.
Down I went one Friday night to try these custom cookies I'd read so much about. My husband finally clued in that they weren't cookies with custom icing writing and had himself an oatmeal base with m&m's and something else that was delicious and I had oatmeal with dark chocolate and macadamia nuts.
Tried a tea, and ended up buying two cups of it, it was that good - "Beautiful Foolishness" - coconut and pomegranate.
The only thing I didn't like about my visit was that at around 9 pm on a Friday the lighting in the store was really really bright (though we didn't notice that much because we scored the awesome window seat.) So when I went home and Tweeted about it, @sweetflour sent me a msg, asking for more input. I sent them an email with my thoughts on the lighting, and to thank me they offered me a free cookie sandwich.
THAT'S customer service and using social media for good! Can't wait to go back. You should go too!
