  • can't ever get a call back from anyone. Had a biopsy, no results would be given, tried to get a nurse or anyone to call back with results. No call back for 4 days. Called to try to make an appointment for another biopsy that doc ordered. No call back. Sorry customer service, sorry patient care. I do like my doctor considering leaving because of office response staff.
