  • I lucked out by getting connected with Jay at The Key Exchange through my home warranty when I needed my new home re-keyed. Jay arrived in the time window he promised, he was fully prepared, had all the tools he needed and even found a dead bolt lock in his inventory that matched my fancy door handle. My house was a foreclosure so they had slapped on an ugly gold dead bolt lock that didn't match and Jay saved the day. Otherwise I would've had to order a matching lock online that would've cost double and would have had a whole different key to it. But now, I have one key for the whole house and my entry door looks amazing again. There was also some confusion on which mailbox was mine and Jay didn't charge me extra for time spent on that. He was so helpful, resourceful, affordable and fast that I feel compelled to post this review and hopefully send some business his way.
