  • Go see Tom!!! I went in to get new snowboarding boots and luckily was asked if I needed help by Tom. I have been boarding for 16 years and he immediately knew what kind of boots I needed with my high arch and wide feet. He even showed me that I have been riding with a pair of boots a full size above what I needed. He gave me 2 boots to try and was very thorough in making sure they were comfortable. In the end I chose Burton and he even used the heating machine to help create a custom mold to my feet. This guy is a legend, and if you are lucky enough to get Tom, you won't be disappointed.
