I got my membership thru a gift card. Ive been extremely happy with my massage therapist Kandi. She is always prompt. Professional & gives a great massage. there's a lot of people that go through there & a little more attention to the bathrooms is needed. They are a little weird about the memberships. It would be much more professional if there was an area to discuss them in as well as the consultation that should be in a private area. . Clear and concise wording to the contracts Would be greatly beneficial. although I love going and getting a massage I will not purchase a membership. I will probably just cut down on how often I go and pay the non membership fee. The customer service at the front desk requires a little tweaking I have seen some inappropriate actions between coworkers & how staff is treated. when management treats the people who are the support staff badly and in front of customers, thats a big red flag for me. We're supposed to be going for massages to relax and have a good experience.
