Took advantage of a complimentary community class while in town-a good way to be introduced to the studio. I've been to other "bar" style classes; but not a Barre 3 so I was curious. The facility is very nice, spacious & well maintained. The young lady at reception very welcoming and quite pleasant. Kerri, the instructor, was high energy and encouraging. The workout itself did target some of the principal & core areas; but in my opinion moves were bigger than I've been used to and not sure there was enough control to do it right.
Then again, I may have been overthinking about the fact that the studio allows & encourages bare feet. I wore socks but I really tried not to think about where people's feet had been or when was the floor, mat, sticky pad, or stretch band cleaned last? And the "towel" that is provided was a washcloth...maybe sweat is more petite here than other.
I'd try it again now that I know what it's about; but I'm not sure it's 100% my style.
