  • Need a nice place to stay in the downtown Charlotte area? The Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is a great choice! The hotel has all the amenities that you would expect, but they kick up the customer service and little touches to make your stay that much better! From the time I arrived, ever employee greeted me and asked if I needed anything; from the parking attendants, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and various other staff that I came across. The lobby had ice cold fruit infused water, the front desk had chocolate truffles. There are a few nice places to eat at the hotel; including a rooftop bar with a great view. They also have a Starbucks in the lobby area. The bedrooms are nice too. The mattress and comforter was extremely comfortable; The towels were of high quality; the flat screen tv had a good selection of channels. The room had good storage and plenty of power outlets. Walking distance from downtown - the NASCAR museum is just a few blocks away. The Sheraton also has a very nice conference center. They do a great job as a conference venue. It was a great place to stay for a few days!
