  • I can only say great things about the entire team at Robert C. Wesley Jewelers. RCW was initially recommended by a friend as my (now) fiancĂ© and I were shopping for an engagement ring. We were a bit hesitant to visit at first because we thought their jewelry might be out of our budget. Boy, were we wrong! They offer a wide variety of price points and made sure to show us what they had in our budget. We never felt like we were getting pushed into something we couldn't really afford. When we first visited, I had no idea what type of ring I wanted; style, stone, etc. Pamela made us feel at ease as we tried on every ring that I might possibly be interested in. I never felt rushed and I felt like she, and the rest of the team there at the time, was very accommodating. We did find a ring style that we liked that day but decided to do a little more shopping around before making a decision. After visiting several other Jewelers in town, we kept coming back to RCW. Not just because we'd found a ring we liked there but also because we felt very comfortable working with Bob and his team and felt like they would make the ring buying process as smooth as possible. I'm so glad we decided to go with them because they did just that! Our custom ring ended up being ready a few weeks early and I just LOVE how beautiful it came out. I have had to take it back in for resizing and again, the entire RCW team has been nothing but accommodating each time I drop by. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable and is always available to offer his opinion on fit and/or style if necessary. Bobby and Pamela are also very knowledgable and very pleasant to speak to. Again, I can only say great things about this team. The customer service is top-notch, which in my opinion is key when you're making such an expensive purchase. More importantly though, the jewelry is beautiful and the quality is fantastic. I've never had a personal/family jeweler but I'm pretty sure I've found one :) Can't wait to work with them again when we shop for our wedding bands!
