| - A few things people should consider before signing a lease:
1. yes, the property looks fantastic.
2. the front 3 pools, gym and hub are great areas - kept clean
3. the back pool area not so much -
4. representatives are not friendly at all - only at your first visit, once you lease an apartment they don't even acknowledge your presence! Unless you are Caucasian, don't expect to be treated properly.
5. maintenance is extremely lacking - they are awesome in cleaning the areas where people see from the outside, but areas around the front door of your apartment, etc are not maintained at all! The staff is not as friendly either.
6. the so called property manager should be replaced - as the manager she should lead by example, but her behavior at events or during her days off is, in lack of a better word, extremely unprofessional.
7. they don't screen the tenants thoroughly so the people living at this property are ghetto. I thought because the location was quiet, we would have peace and quiet.... so not true. These tenants constantly have visitors (and by that, I mean groups of people) and some stay up through the night.
8. construction was so poorly done - absolutely no sound proofing throughout, cracks and holes all through the unit.
9. every night, there is an AWFUL cow poop smell that prevents anyone from opening their windows overnight.
10. the front pond area water smells awful as well.
11. some tenants are allowed to do whatever they want whenever or however they want while others get those "love letters" for the littlest things.
12. it seems they are more concerned about pets than the humans living in this property - there is only ONE trash can near the car vacuum inside the gates while there are pet poop collectors throughout the whole property.
