  • I came into the store with a very personal project. I wanted 10 pocket watches for my grandchildren to be engraved on the front with their name. On the back I wanted engraved my late husband's signature. I was very specific on exactly how I wanted this done. Mario listened very carefully to me recognizing that I was filled with a very heavy heart, and that this had to be done just so. He explained that he would need to make a mold of the signature first. He immediately gave me total confidence that he understood exactly what I wanted and that he could do this within my time frame. The watches came out beautifully. I could not be more pleased. My grandchildren have a wonderful heirloom.
