  • We come bowling here all the time and have a great time and today was extremely disappointing. We came here and when we asked to play a second game we were denied by the staff behind the counter. It is 5:30 PM and they have a tournament coming in at 8 PM and said they needed all of the lanes cleaned which means they need it 2.5 hours to the lanes. I asked kindly if they can clean our lane last and the supervisor on duty was incredibly rude and put other people before us. I will not be returning and we typically come with 20-30 people. We will give or business to another location thanks to your supervisor on duty.
