I noted a driver sitting parked on a fire lane outside of Whole Foods on my arrival. 15-20 minutes later he's still there.
I got his attention and reminded him he was on a red line and there were spaces in the parking lot, 20 feet away and was told to "Fuck off" in front of my 11 year old daughter. I asked him to retract and was again told to "Fuck Off"

My experience of Discount Cab is rare as a passenger, but much more of terrible driving and poor safety of blown lights on their cars and this type of lack of attention or care for road laws and regulations.
NONE of my complaints have ever been answered or followed up and in almost every case my complaint is handled by hanging up my call as it's 'escalated'
This company has no integrity and clearly no control over its drivers and also claim to have no way to track speed of their vehicles, which is my biggest complaint, speeding and erratic driving.
