  • I went to the Food Truck Frenzy tonight and I have to say that I was very underwhelmed by The Happy Fish. It was busy, so I understand that wait times were longer than usual. Despite the crazy wait, the staff were friendly which is why I'm giving an extra star. The food was very disappointing though. I had the smoked salmon tacos (they were out of my first two choices) and the kale slaw was very bland and lacking in flavor. The salmon was underseasoned as well. I had high hopes as I heard good things about this truck. I might give them a second chance in the future as I overheard someone saying the fish and chips was delicious. I love me some fish and chips, so perhaps not ruling them out yet. Just really don't recommend the smoked salmon tacos.
