  • I wish I would have checked the reviews on Yelp prior to paying money for an RV gate that I still have yet to see after 2 months. I was told it was a 5 week turnaround including install when the quote was written out and I made the deposit. I made a 50% payment back on 3/27 and since then I've been given the run around each time I call. This week I was told I need to pay additional money for block work that was already negotiated at the time of my quote, but can't seem to get a call from ANYONE that can help me resolve things or schedule the block work and install. I had really high hopes initially during my consultation as the sales rep, John S. was very friendly and personable. However I highly advise against choosing this company. You will have money gone and nothing to show for it if it's anything like I'm going through. I call multiple times a week and get told someone will call me back, "in an hour", "tomorrow", "on Monday when we make the schedule" and I get NOTHING. Its ridiculous! Hopefully I'll be able to get a day off and go down to their office in person to get my money back. I've completely lost faith in this company. STAY AWAY!!
